1. What information may be collected during your use of the App?

“Personal Information” is information about an individual that can be used to personally identify that individual. Examples of Personal Information include: name, address, unique device identifier, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, email address, location information, and video/photo of an individual. Personal Information can also include Non-Personal Information that, when combined with other information, can be used to identify an individual. Some of the technical information that is automatically collected from your mobile device also falls under the category of Personal Information. This includes your unique device identifier (“UDID” or “device ID”), IP address, and identifiers for advertisers.

“Non-Personal Information” is information about an individual that, by itself, does not identify that individual. Some examples of Non-Personal Information include your anonymous transfer ID and in-game nickname, demographic information (age, gender, etc.), device hardware and software data, broad geographic information, App usage statistics, and purchase history.

“Financial Information” is information relating to payments and billing (e.g., account information, billing address, payment processing data). The Developer does not collect Financial Information from you unless you voluntarily provide it—which The Developer encourage you not to do. All financial transactions that may occur within the App are facilitated by a third-party payment service (such as Apple or Google). Your payment information is not shared with The Developer; The Developer only collects a device ID combined with your purchase history when an in-app purchase is made. Please review the Apple and Google Wallet privacy policies to learn more about how third-party payment processors handle your Personal Information and Financial Information.

2. How is information collected?

The Developer may receive Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from you directly when you voluntarily give it to The Developer as part of a customer-support inquiry or when you access certain features or functions in the App that require personal information.

The Developer also receives Non-Personal Information directly from you when you create a nickname and password or make in-App purchases in Apps with such features. You may be able to create a nickname within the App. When creating a nickname, please do not use your actual name, initials, or any other information that could be used to personally identify you.

The Developer also passively collects Non-Personal information about you through technological means like cookies, web beacons, identifiers for advertisers, IP addresses, log files, analytics software embedded in the App, and other software tools. The Developer may also receive information about you from our third-party service providers or other sources, such as Google in relation to in-App purchase statistics.

3. How is information collected about you used?

The Developer uses Personal Information to provide certain features within the App, such as customized push notifications, to respond to customer inquiries, and to provide customer support, internal business operations, and for identity-verification purposes. The Developer may use Non-Personal Information to monitor system performance, for internal business operations, to send push notifications, to improve the App, to fulfill requests for additional products and services, for marketing activities, to provide customer support, and to conduct research.

Whatever the purpose may be, The Developer will only collect information to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and legitimate business objectives.

4. When will The Developer disclose your information?

The Developer may share information with outside entities that assist with internal operations (including, without limitation, technical support, push notifications, ad serving, hosting, data storage, analytics, and customer support). These entities shall include third parties located in foreign countries. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have access to your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. These entities have agreed to maintain the confidentiality and security of all the Personal Information they obtain from The Developer.

The Developer does not sell or rent Personal Information to third parties. Additionally, The Developer will not allow third parties to use information about you for their own marketing purposes or the marketing purposes of other unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent. The Developer may share aggregated, Non-Personal Information publicly and with our partners.

The Developer will also disclose information when The Developer believes in good faith that such disclosures (a) are required by law, including, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena, or (b) will help to enforce our Terms; protect your safety or security, including the safety and security of property that belongs to you; and/or protect the safety and security of the App or third parties.

In the event of a merger, sale of assets, acquisition, dissolution, reorganization, bankruptcy, change of control, or other similar event, your Personal Information may be transferred to The Developer's successor or assign, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law, or if The Developer sells one or more of its businesses, your Personal Information may be transferred as a part of the sale.

5. How is children’s information dealt with?

The Developer does not collect any Personal Information from users under the age of 13 (“Child” or “Children”) within the child-directed portions of the App, other than limited technical information (e.g., device ID and IP address) required for the support of internal business operations. When a user has indicated that he/she is a Child, the user is blocked from accessing advanced features such as social network integration or making in-app purchases. If parents believe that The Developer has unintentionally collected their Child’s Personal Information, they may contact The Developer to request the deletion of the information.

6. Storage and transfer of your information

The information The Developer collects from you will be stored predominantly in the United States. You acknowledge that your information may be transferred outside of your home territory to the United States, and you consent to this transfer by using the App. You also acknowledge that the applicable laws of the territory in which The Developer stores your information may not afford the same level of protection as those in your country of residence.

7. What security measures does The Developer take to safeguard your information?

No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, but The Developer takes commercially reasonable measures to protect information that The Developer receives and has implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and improper use. The Developer will continue to examine its internal policies as needed, and will improve as appropriate.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Developer will post any changes here with an updated date, and, if there are any material changes in the way The Developer collects, uses, or shares Personal Information, The Developer will notify you by prominently posting notice with the updated version of the App.
